1. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products and accuracy of your orders. However, if you receive a damaged or wrong item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate the refund process, please contact us at corlborodept@outlook.com with your order number, name, and details of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, if it is deemed damaged or incorrect, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

2. Return Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process:

  • If you need to return an item, please contact us at corlborodept@outlook.com We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.
